The formula for fast, friendly and courteous service is also simple: hire local people, provide them with a positive work environment and treat each of them as a valued member of the team.
The WindMill is also committed to service in the communities which surround them. The Levine family is dedicated to helping their neighbors by being active supporters of the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, the Jersey Shore Dream Center and Holiday Express (to mention a few). They strive daily to set an example for their employees and fellow business leaders by demonstrating their core belief of giving back to the community. On a one to one level, the family tries to respond to each and every request made by local charities and also sponsors Fun-Raising Events which help local organizations raise much needed funds.
